5 Cocktail Recipes To Try This Summer
summer is in full swing! It's hot out there and we're all looking to relax outside with a cool, flavorful drink.
We know you work hard and you deserve the rewards of a fine crafted beverage, that's why we've rounded up our five favorite cocktail recipes for summer, featuring in-season ingredients like passion fruit, blueberries, and more.
Try these Summer Cocktail recipes using the freshest ingredients you can find and get creative with the different simple syrup combinations.

1. Pink Passion Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Premium Gin or Vodka (optional)
- 5 oz Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic
- Pulp of Granadilla
- Edible flowers, for garnish. (Learn how to make Flower Infused Ice here).
- 1 oz Simple Syrup. (Use our Simple Syrup recipe here).
Methodology:
- In a highball glass filled with ice, combine the simple syrup and granadilla pulp.
- Mix well to combine and top with Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic.
- Garnish with edible flowers or flower infused ice.
- Enjoy!

2. Grapefruit Paloma
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Tequila Blanco
- 5 oz Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Sliced grapefruit and lime, for garnish
- Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- Fresh jalapeño slices
- Sugar and Salt
Methodology:
- Wet the rim of the glass with a slice of grapefruit or lime.
- Dip the rim of the glass in a mixture of sugar and salt.
- Pour 1oz of fresh grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz of lime juice and 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
- Pour 1.5 oz tequila blanco and stir to combine.
- Add ice and top with Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic.
- Garnish with fresh lime and grapefruit wedges. If you like a little kick, add a few fresh jalapeño slices.
TIP: Make it a mocktail by choosing a non-alcoholic tequila or skipping the tequila and adding a little extra tonic and grapefruit juice!

3. Blueberry and Mint Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Premium Gin
- 5 oz Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic
- Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Mint Leaves
Methodology:
- Muddle 8-10 blueberries lightly in a Collins glass.
- Add ice, gin, tonic, lime juice and stir gently until chilled and a little of the juice has infused the drink.
- Add mint leaves and a slice of lime to garnish.
- Enjoy!
TIP: Make it a mocktail by choosing a non-alcoholic gin or omitting the gin altogether!

4. French Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Premium Gin
- 1 oz Champagne or Prosecco
- 2 oz Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic
- 0.5 oz of Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 Lemon Slice
- Sage
Methodology:
- In a double old-fashioned glass, add ice, Premium Gin and elderflower liqueur.
- Add champagne and tonic to taste.Top with Fitch and Leedes Premium Grapefruit Tonic and garnish with slices of fresh ginger.
- Garnish with a slapped Sage leaf and a slice of lemon.
- Enjoy!
TIP: Make it a mocktail by choosing a non-alcoholic gin, or omitting the gin altogether. Swap the champagne or prosecco with non-alcoholic versions and instead of Elderflower Liqueur, choosing elderflower flavoring and simple syrup to taste.

5. Blood Orange Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Premium Gin
- 5 oz Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz of blood orange simple syrup
- Zest of 1 lime
- Make the Blood Orange Simple Syrup here.
Methodology:
- Add the gin, lemon juice and blood orange simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a tall Collins glass over crushed ice.
- Top with Fitch & Leedes Pink tonic.
- Garnish with a wedge of blood orange.
- Squeeze before dropping it in the cocktail.Add gin and honey to a mixer filled with ice and shake until well combined.
