  3. Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit, pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.

2. Guilty Pleasure Gin & Tonic

  2. Pour the mixture into a lowball glass filled with ice.

  3. Top up with Fitch & Leedes Premium Indian Tonic and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme, cranberries and orange slices.

  4. Enjoy responsibly!

5. Harvest Apple Gin & Tonic

  1. Combine gin and apple cider in a glass.

  2. Add ice and top up with premium Indian tonic.

  3. Wet the rim of the glass with the lemon wedge and then squeeze the rest of the juice into the cocktail.

  4. Garnish with apple slices and whole spices.

  • Simply fill a glass with plain gin (non-alcoholic gin works too!) and then add a cinnamon stick, a couple pieces of star anise and a few cloves. Then allow to sit for at least 1 hour or more.

6. Spiced Plum Gin & Tonic

  • 2 oz Premium Gin

  • 5 oz Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic

  • .5 oz Side Plum Syrup

  • Slice of plum

Ingredients (Spiced Plum Simple Syrup):

  • 1 cup extra-fine sugar (use coffee grinder to grind granulated sugar)

  • 1 cup of water

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 6 ripe plums (save a couple thin slices for garnish)

  1. Add ice to a double low ball or old-fashioned glass.

  2. Add gin and spiced plum syrup then stir gently.

  3. Add a thin slice of plum for garnish, then top the glass with tonic.

For the Spiced Plum Simple Syrup:

  1. Leaving the skins on, remove the pits out of your plums and muddle them in a bowl just enough to release some of the juices.

  2. Add the sugar, water, muddled plums (including as much juice as possible) and cinnamon stick to a thick-bottomed saucepan

  3. Simmer over a very low heat, stirring occasionally, for about five minutes or until the sugar dissolves and the liquid forms a syrup that’s about half the original volume.

  4. Let cool before use.
