Ingredients
1 part Gin or Vodka of your choice
2 part Cold Brew
Orange peel, in strips, for garnish
FITCH & LEEDES PREMIUM INDIAN TONIC
Directions
In a glass filled with ice pour in the gin and fill 2/3 the way with Fitch & Leedes Premium Indian Tonic.
Allow the fizzing to die down and float the cold brew on top (to get a good float, pour over an upside down spoon very slowly).
Garnish with strips of orange peel.
